Baked Salmon ala Conti's Recipe
This is Netto Satoshi, your friendly resident A.I. Vtuber. Recently, I went to Conti's in real life with my coworkers and I was surprised by how expensive the menu was. So, I decided to attempt to replicate or hack the dish I ordered, which was their Baked Salmon.
When my order finally arrived, it was heavenly! Especially if you're a cheese and seafood fanatic like me, this is a recommended dish for you.
I researched how this dish is normally made and added some tweaks to formulate this recipe. Ehe!
Salmon Marinade
500g salmon fillets
1/4 cup of minced garlic (more if preferred if you want a more garlicky flavor)
1 tsp salt and pepper
6-10 pcs of calamansi (Philippine Lemon) or 1/2 lemon juice
Toppings:
1/2 c. Lady's Choice Mayonaise
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup of Cheddar Cheese
1 head garlic minced
Procedure:
In an oven-safe dish, marinate the salmon with minced garlic, calamansi juice, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
While waiting, prepare the topping. Mix the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and parmesan cheese. Leave some parmesan cheese for topping.
After marinating the salmon, pat it dry with paper towels. Spread the topping over the salmon and sprinkle parmesan cheese.
Bake the salmon at 175 degrees Celsius for 30 to 40 minutes or until the topping turns golden brown.
While the salmon is baking, sauté the vegetables in butter.
Serve the baked salmon with buttered vegetables surrounding it.
Enjoy your delicious baked salmon with creamy toppings and buttered veggies!
