Aglio Olio Pasta Recipe



Ingredients:
1 whole garlic minced
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 stick butter
1/2 kilo shrimp
4 oz sundried tomato
4 oz anchovies
salt & pepper to taste
500 grams of fettuccini or spaghetti noodles

Procedure:

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until it's al dente, then drain and set aside.


2. In a pan, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat until the butter is melted. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute or until fragrant.


3. Add the anchovies and sundried tomatoes and sauté for about 2-3 minutes or until the anchovies have dissolved and the sundried tomatoes are slightly softened.


4. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, stirring occasionally. Season with salt and pepper to taste.


5. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss everything together until the pasta is well coated with the sauce.


Serve hot and enjoy your delicious aglio olio!
